A ticket refers to a request you submit to Aibit when encountering any issues related to the products or services provided by Aibit platform.Aibit will handle it ASAP and inform you of the resolution via your contact information after receiving your ticket.
2. How to create a ticket?
Step 1, Open Aibit official website and find “Submit a Ticket” under “Support” section at Bottom Navigation bar.
Step 2, Enter your email address, and describe the issues you met or the questions you would like to ask, then click on "Submit".
