2. Why Hasn’t My Deposit Been Credited
1) Withdrawal failure
Please check with the transfer-out platform
2) Withdrawal succeeded
An asset withdrawal marked as “completed” or “success” means that the transaction was successfully broadcast to the blockchain network.
Check Blockchain network confirmation, you can copy the TXID to check the details. The transaction may be still pending confirmation on the blockchain.
Aibit will help with the deposit credited as soon as possible once network confirmations are completed. please contact customer service if it takes too long.
3. Why Hasn’t My Withdrawal Arrived
1) Withdrawal failed
Please contact Aibit customer service
2) Withdrawal succeeded

6. Asset Frozen
1) After placing orders, the corresponding amount of funds will be temporarily frozen. After canceling the order, the corresponding frozen assets will be released to normal.
2) Please contact Aibit customer service if there are assets frozen caused by abnormal orders.
PS: For the pending orders, we suggest you keep a habit of order screenshots. so that we can cancel and unfreeze your assets quickly as we can when there are abnormal orders.

8. Account Frozen
The platform risk control rules may be triggered to improve asset security and protect your accounts against hacks and data breaches. In the process, the 24-hour withdrawal limit will be triggered. After 24 hours, the system will automatically remove the withdrawal restriction. It is recommended that you wait patiently in this situation. The scenarios that trigger the platform risk control rules are as follows

c. Forget password
d. Disable GA
e. Disable SMS verification
If your account is detected by the system as illegal high-frequency arbitrage that has seriously affected the fairness of trading on the market, which will trigger the assets freeze.
