When withdrawing from Aibit to another platform or wallet address, if the recipient fails to receive the funds, your assets will be returned to your Aibit account. Prepare the following information and contact online customer support to submit it to the Aibit technical team for inspection and processing:
1) Relevant information regarding the record of the asset return, including return TXID, currency, time, and quantity.
2) Screenshots of the return record on the recipient platform, including both return TXID and deposit TXID.

Aibit will process this within 7-15 working days. Once completed, your funds will be returned to your Aibit account. If the information provided is incomplete, it may extend the time required for the fund recovery process.
