1. What is a ticket?
Ticket is a request you submit to Aibit for any product or service issues you encounter when using the products of Aibit Platform. Aibit will process it ASAP and inform you of the result via your contact information after receiving your ticket.
2. How to create a ticket?
Step 1, Open Aibit official website and find “Submit a Ticket” under “Support” section at Bottom Navigation bar.
Step 2, Enter your email, and describe the issues you met or the questions you would like to ask, then click to submit the ticket.
