In order to enhance your trading experience, Aibit is planning to conduct a futures trading system upgrade in the near future. To facilitate this upgrade, we will restrict futures order placement and opening trades starting from today. In three days, we will formally suspend futures trading. Please take note of the following timeframes and important points:
1. Aibit will suspend the functions of placing new futures orders and opening trades from September 4th, 10:00 AM (UTC) to September 7th, 10:00 AM (UTC). During this period, only users with pending orders or open positions will be able to cancel orders and close positions. Opening new trades will not be allowed. Users with pending orders or open positions are requested to complete cancellation and closing operations by September 7th, 10:00 AM (UTC) at the latest. For any outstanding futures orders as of September 7th, 10:00 AM (UTC), Aibit will perform forced order cancellations and execute market-close operations at that time. Please ensure timely action.
2. Starting from September 7th, 10:00 AM (UTC), Aibit will temporarily suspend futures trading. All futures trading activities will be unavailable until the completion of the system upgrade. The exact completion time of the upgrade is yet to be determined. Once the upgrade is finalized, we will promptly inform users through announcements, official communities, emails, and other channels. We appreciate your patience during this period.
3. Please note that spot trading will remain unaffected during the upgrade period, and you can continue spot trading operations.
